Hello, I am Fatou OUOLOGUEM, Human Resources consultant.
Born in Mali to Malian and Senegalese parents, I have lived, studied and worked in six countries (Mali, France, England, Luxembourg, Ireland, Ivory Coast) learning to navigate new cultures and environments.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Management from a business school with a specialization in Talent Management.
A true local HR representative, I have acquired experience in generalist Human Resources functions within a variety of sectors (hotels, business law firms, banking, leasing & fleet management, transport authorities) in the EMEA region (France, Luxembourg, England, Ivory Coast) and on HR development-oriented topics (talent management, HR strategy and organizational development, Learning and Development and recruitment).
